Management of TUPE Transfers
TUPE is renowned for being complex and time consuming. I can support you through the process offering advice and guidance, working with staff, managers and unions.
I have experience working with a number of organisations in different sectors, planning and managing small and large scale TUPE transfers; working closely with HR Teams and liaising with unions to ensure the transfers went smoothly for all staff involved.
