Working with a large NHS Foundation Trust, I undertook an engagement programme to help the Trust define and design a Behaviour Framework linked directly to the Trust's Values. The outputs of the engagement have been used to further develop Values Based Recruitment Tools, a new Values Based Appraisal Process in addition to refining policies to help support the cultural change around behaviours.
Working for a large, complex NHS organisation my role was to manage the organisational change process; planning structures and designing roles through to supporting with selection processes and managing the exit process for displaced employees, consulting with unions and staff. The process was completed successfully within budget and to timescales.
Working with the Head of HR and senior management team at a National Park to deliver a new organisational structure and associated cost reduction programme. Responsibilities ranged from supporting the redeployment process for displaced employees and liaising with outplacement providers through to co-ordinating assimilation panels for new and revised posts.
Organisational reviews and design
Working with a large NHS Trust I undertook a full review of a Human Resources function. My role was to carry out research undertaking one to one interviews with stakeholders and service users to gain views of the current service, carry out benchmarking with other organisations, analyse the results and recommend alternative structure/s including costs.
Working in the Voluntary Sector I undertook a review of both the Learning and Development and Volunteering functions. My role was to carry out research undertaking one to one interviews with stakeholders and service users to gain views of the current service, analyse the results and recommend alternative structure/s including costs.
